1. To be well-prepared before conducting a class, lesson notes required.
2. To deliver courses according to SPEAKOOL’s requirement.
3. To assign and check homework.
4. To give evaluation and/or feedback.
III. Teaching Object:
Adults
IV. Candidate Requirement:
1. Native English Speakers. (From USA, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand)
2. Be able to organize Flipped English classes, make the teacher's talking time less than 30% within the class.
3. Good coaching skill.
4. At least 2 years’ related teaching experience.
5. With professional teaching certificate.
V. Work Hours:
60 Minutes/class
At least 2 teaching hours/day on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are required.
VI. Payment:
150-250/hour
VII. Location:
COCO Park, Longgang District, Shenzhen, China.
