At this stage we are looking for senior designer, and Marketing Manager/ Marketing Specialist.
Senior designer
Working Location: Beijing or shanghai (part time)
Requirements:
1. Native-English speaking countries ( the US, the UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand)
2. Architecture or urban design Major,Bachelor Degree or above;
3. More than 6 years of work experience with experience in the design of master plan and detail design in waterfront, commercial and mixed-use project.
4. Working with great passion, with unique design idea and style,with strong communication and apperception capacity,with team cooperation spirit.
Requirements:
1. Native-English speaking countries ( the US, the UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand)
2. At least 2 years of marketing experience or hospitality/interior design/architecture/real estate development related experience.
3. Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing or related subjects.
4. Fluent in Chinese (Speaking)preferred
5. Excellent presentation skill, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proactive and positive attitude
