Remuneration for Part-time teachers:
- 120 RMB (after tax) per 50minute session
- Classes in general consist of two 50 minute sessions
- All course books and teaching materials are provided by the employer
- Bonus completion of one year depend on total teaching hours of the year
Required qualifications for Part-time teachers:
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university
- Near-native fluency in the language of instruction
- Professional language teaching certificate (TEFL, TESOL etc.)
- Professional language teaching experience (any level acceptable)
Remuneration for Full-time teachers:
- Minimum income RMB 8,000 per calendar month
- House allowance RMB 1,800 per month
- Free working meal
- Basic medical insurance
- Paid national holidays and summer/winter holiday
- Bonus RMB 6,000 completion of one year
- Four hours of free mandarin class per week
Required qualifications for Full-time teachers:
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university
- Native speaker in the language of instruction
- Professional language teaching experience (any level acceptable)
- Professional language teaching certificate (TEFL, TESOL etc.)
- Functional Chinese language ability
Materials to be submitted for Full-time teachers:
- University degree
- Passport with photo and signature
- TESOL, TEFL Certification
- Formal resume and motive letter
- Medical report certified by a medical authority
- Criminal record check
- A passport size photo
- Reference letter from previous employer
