American school teachers to communicate with local Chinese teachers (all subjects) in terms of cultures difference between Western and Chinese education industry, especially on how to fully exploit Chinese student’s potential: such as creativity, leadership, and athletic ability;
Online ESL instructors to train local Chinese English teachers in terms of western ESL teaching methods, skills and strategies to improve the quality of their offline lessons; and to teach Chinese students from age 8 to 14, which can be considered as kindergarten to Grade 8 in US, to learn English as a secondary language;
Qualifications:
American school teachers:
1. University degree in education.
2. Local American teachers.
3. Years teaching experience in American schools.
4. Relative certification (TESOL/CELTA/TEFL).
Online ESL instructors:
