Class size: 8 students
Class time:
1)Sat 9:00-12:00, ELA, March to mid-July, 16 weeks commitment(4 months).
If there’s only one or two weeks that you can not teach, that’s okay. We can find substitute teacher
Teacher’s responsibilities:
1.Teach English Language Arts/ Intensive Reading and Writing/ Phonics
2.Responsible for lesson planning
3. Help students reach their goal in learning English
4. Promote a good atmosphere during class
Job requirement:
1. Native English speakers, American, British, Ireland, Canadian, Australian or New Zealand prefered
2. Bachelor's degree or above
3. TEFL,TESOL or CELTA certificate holder is preferred
4. Experienced English teacher
5. Open-minded and easy-going with great team spirit

Think & Grow Education is an academic English research and teaching organization based in Beijing, China. Our mission is to better prepare Chinese K12 students to attend and succeed at American high schools or Universities by providing them with a progressive and interactive, globally focused academic English curriculum including English Languages Arts (followed Common Core States Standards), Intensive Reading and Writing, History and basic ESL classes. It is similar to the English classes in the US whose goal is to improve student’s academic reading and academic writing abilities by teaching them important skills such as critical thinking, inference and evidence collection.
