negotiate| As an upscale training agency, we're looking for part-time NATIVE English speake...As an upscale training agency, we're looking for part-time NATIVE English speakers who'll be available to teach in the coming fall semester (starting from September) . We have classes in different areas including Hepingli/ Huangsi Dajie/Wanliu/Yuetan etc.
We especially need teachers who may be available in the afternoon of weekdays(4 pm to 6 pm) and weekends, although those who can only weekday evenings are welcome as well.
We need candidates with enthusiasm and patience with 3~9 year-old and real experience of dealing with younger kids. We certainly expect someone who is professional and reliable. Those who tend to lightly miss a class due to "last-minute sickness", often late for class over 15 minutes, or simply disappear without explanation are unwelcome and needn't apply.
No particular educational background is required, although those with at least a bachelor degree majoring in humanities and basic science from a reputable college are preferred.
We offer above-the market hourly payment, i.e. RMB 400~550 per hour depending on your experience, class size and students' feedback.
We'll provide teaching materials and teacher's guide, although you'll have sufficient discretion in planning and running your own lesson.
