Since February this year, our online Mandarin program has been rapidly expanding and we are reaching more and more people in China and all over the world. And as our workload has expanded, we are looking for a new team-member to join our international team.
Our team is small and inclusive so your voice will always be heard and as we are growing, you will have opportunities to grow too.
In this job, you will be communicating with existing and prospective students via WeChat, email and other channels. You will assist students in answering their inquiries regarding learning Chinese, arranging suitable courses and serving as the point of contact between our teachers and students.
We are looking for someone who is available on weekday afternoons/evenings + weekends.
You must be currently based in Beijing to apply for this position. In the future, this role can become partly or completely remote.
Job requirements:
- Native level of English and intermediate Chinese (HSK 3-4), all nationalities are welcome and extra language abilities a plus
- Excellent organization and writing skills, quick typing speed is a plus
- You must love customer service
- Currently based in Beijing
Working hours: 20 hours a week,
tentative schedule Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 15:00-19:00,
Saturday and Sunday 11:00-15:00,
Wednesday and Thursday off
Working hours are subject to change according to company needs
This part-time opportunity can turn into a full-time position as the company grows
Salary: 5000Y + free Mandarin group classes and private Mandarin classes at cost price
