Company Intro:
Xue Bang Education is an innovative online teaching platform focused on helping Chinese primary and high school students improve their oral English and speaking skills. Students age range from 5 to 18 years old. Many students are from 2nd and 3rd tier cities who seldom have the chance to communicate and study English with certified/professional teachers. To support our equal learning opportunity mission, we are seeking native English speakers for our online program, to bring high quality English instructors to students all across China. Teachers must be based out of our office, but will be teaching online through our video platform.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Native English speaker (UK, USA, Australia, Ireland, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa)
BA degree or above
Passion for teaching and able to effectively communicate curriculum online
Outstanding communication skills
Outgoing, enthusiastic and enjoys teaching younger students
TEFL/TESOL/CELTA Preferred
Part Time Schedule:
Part Time candidates need to be available for one entire work day (Weekday, 9am-5pm)
There will only be 2-4 teaching hours each day, but teachers must be in the office on “standby” for the other hours.
Daily Payrate: 800-1500RMB/day (depending on the number of actual teaching hours)
