The Outbound Sales Development Representative is responsible for taking a pivotal approach to find new business opportunities in an inside sales environment . Ideal candidate should be eager to advance in our organization by demonstrating their ability to be tenacious self-starters every day. We offers a fast-paced, innovative environment where you will be provided the tools, resources and outstanding leadership to perform your duties. With this position you will also work towards developing your professional sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute assigned outbound calling campaigns designed to acquire qualified leads & drive new account acquisition
Generate revenue by contacting businesses and facilitating new account setup
Maintain accurate and detailed lead, account, contact, opportunity, and sales activity in Sales force
Meet and exceed daily activity expectations (130+ calls, emails, total contacts)
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly lead conversion goals
Willingness to accept feedback and training for further development
Collaborate with teammates and management to aid in the continued success of the sales team.
Provide feedback on market trends and industry specific needs, trends, etc.
Basic Qualifications Include:
One to three years of successful sales experience in a high activity sales development/business development role preferred, but not required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience preferred, but not required
Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
Excellent time management skills; well-developed listening skills
Motivated, driven and a self-starting attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to apply concepts of arithmetic
Basic computer skills
Sales force experience a plus
