| BEIT believes that a homestay program should provide international students with...BEIT believes that a homestay program should provide international students with much more than a place to sleep and eat. Each homestay experience should provide an opportunity for the participant and the host family to learn from each other, share interests, and establish a foundation for a successful stay in China.
In addition , BEIT group will provide 24/7 support to assist with any questions and concerns during the program period, making all our participants feel comfortable and at ease. We know what it feels like when you first set foot in a big city, especially in a foreign land where everything is unfamiliar, and people's excitement can quickly fade to feeling isolated and helpless. BEIT team support participants throughout the entire program, dispelling all the worries that you may encounter and ensure your stay in Beijing is as stress-free as possible.
At B.E.I.T we offer three different options for Homestay applicants:
Option 1: Conversation Partner (This option only accepts native English speaker. Winter and summber vocation only )
Tutor a host family for 10-15 hours per week. In return participants are provided with a private room, breakfast & dinner every day. Participants in our 10-15 hour program will also be awarded a bonus upon completion of this program at the price of 1000 RMB per month!
Option 2: Conversation Friend
Tutor a host family for 5 hours per week. This option is ideal for busy participants who want to enjoy a homestay, but don't have much spare time for tutoring. This option is ideal for working professionals, interns, and students! The only requirement for this program a high proficiency in English (Phone Interview Required).
Option 3: Homestay Only
Too busy to tutor? No problem! We can set up a living arrangement with a local family that simply provides the participant with a place to live. No tutoring is required and participants receive a private room. Meals can be provided for an additional fee.
