Qualifications:

- An outstanding work ethic and ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently and effectively

- Described by their peers as "detail-oriented," “professional," "dedicated" and "accountable"

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and thrive managing multiple projects on tight deadlines

- A team player who takes initiative while working autonomously

- Liberal Arts: preferred Fine Art B.A from European or U.S institutes, an art aficionado is a plus

- Proficiency in German, English and Mandarin

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Good understanding and writing skills in English preferred in German and Mandarin as well.

• Assisting with social media, website and digital marketing

• Contacting third parties, such as storage facilities, museum or galleries, related to all art related matters, shipping companies

• Providing administrative & operational support to the operations staff as needed, good communications skills and coordination with associates in China and all around world.
