Honestly, I had a hard time looking for an apartment when I got to SZ, but when I found this one I took it as soon as I could. It is really small, only suitable for a single person or a couple, but it is cozy and the best: western style and clean. Also you can enjoy a nice view from the apartment (on the 30th floor), enjoy the silence as the room is almost noise proof and the neighbours don't bother you.

Conditions:
The price is RMB 3500 a month, no agent, no comissions needed. 2 months security deposit (RMB 7000) needed. Usually the utilities cost me about RMB 200~250 a month.
