Seeking Roommate in Huijingyuan in Dongba Area, Chaoyang District - Just 2500rmb/Month!!
Rented a 2br/1 kitchen/1 bathroom apartment in Huijingyuan (汇景苑) in Dongba from Lianjia and am urgently looking for a roommate to split rent - all you have to pay is 2,500 per month plus half of basic utilities (internet's already covered by me), literally nothing else.
Neighborhood is a quiet apartment tower complex (no depressing revolutionary-era ghetto flats) and is located close to Qingnian Road, with metro line 3 due to start operating in the vicinity this year. For the time being though commute is reliant on buses, hence the deal on price.
Personally, I'm a Chinese-English conference interpreter/translator/game localizer who likes running around town shooting stuff with a camera. No real requirements for roommate as long as you don't turn the house into a club or landfill (though hey if you're a film, game or content creator maybe we could make something happen).
