I own a studio in Seasons Park, which locates at Dongzhimenwai Street. It is less than ten minutes to subway station and close to Sanlitun Village and many other bustling areas in Beijing.
If you are familiar with the area, you should know the community of Seasons Park. it has superb location and close to almost everywhere that you want to go--from Hutong bars to modern restaurants and live night clubs.
My studio is a 46-square-meter one with refrigerator, washing machine (which is also a drying machine), microwave, air-conditioner, two wardrobes, and quite a few large drawers that are enough for one to two people. the mattress is a latex one from Ikea. it has a separate kitchen and a separate shower room. it faces the west.
I AM THE LANDLORD and a writer with an English magazine. I speak fluent English and will be always on call as long as you have any issues with the apartment.
