It's near Dongzhimen,santitun,tian'an men, and convenient to go anywhere.:)
The nearest railway station is Beixinqiao Subway Station(line 6).
I'm not a house agency,
So wouldn't charge you agency fee or trick you anything.
Simply I need to leave for a long holiday for 3 months.
I wish you're a decent,reasonable kind person;
And guarantee me a clean and well-contioned house when you hand it back to me in September.
In addition,I can leave my puppy(She's super quiet, clean and cute.No need walking unless you love it.:) in this house if you like;
