Due to change of jobs, I'm looking for someone to take over my room in two bedroom apartment.
Spacious and sunny room available in 2 bedroom apartment 2 min away from Galaxy Soho.
Chaoyangmen subway line 2 and 6 is just beneath the Galaxy Soho building.
Rent is 3800 per month. (water and electricity not included)
Ayi is cleaning the house once per per week, which will be additional 100-200 rmb per month.
The room is very spacious and bed has a brand new mattress.
