We are three women in our late 20's early 30's working in Beijing.
Unfortunately, one of our roommies are moving out in July, so we need to find new roommates.
We would like someone to come and share with us this home away from home. We try to do things together and enjoy the occasional drink or dinner out, yoga class, movies, etc.
We hope to find someone who is clean, respectful and understands shared flat living. We prefer female roommates.
It is 10-15min walk to the subway line 10 (2 min bike ride; 1 bus stop), a few bus stops away from main areas (SLT, Dongzhimen, Lido), 15 min cab ride to SLT and Dongzhimen.
Smaller-size room Rental: RMB2500 + 500 utilities/month
Including: All utilities, Internet, drinking water, toiletries and laundry detergent, management fee, etc. We have a Gym and a pool as well as a shop in the compound.
Deposit: Two months deposit
