A room is available starting December 6 in the Global Trade Mansion compound in the CBD. It’s a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath apartment just south of The Place (世贸天阶). No agency fee! The landlord is also very nice, laidback and speaks English. Willing to provide fapiao as well.
You will be in the heart of the CBD, near both Chinese and foreign supermarkets, tons of restaurants and gyms, and just a 10-15 minute taxi/bike ride to Sanlitun. The compound has two gyms available for a discounted membership fee. We are also close to three different subway stations – Yongan’li (Line 1), Dongdaqiao (Line 6) and Jintaixizhao (Line 10) – all are 10 minute walks from the house.
The room is a nice size in an apartment with two living rooms, a dining area, a big western-style kitchen, separate laundry room and a space with overall great homely vibes. You’ll be living with a female from China, a female from Spain and a male from Taiwan. All are very relaxed and neat.
Price does not include electricity, internet or ayi (she comes twice a week and does a fabulous job).
