Independent and spacious room in our Awesome 4brm Apartment in Liangmaqiao/Sanyuanqiao just by American Embassy/Chaoyang Park, 10 min to Sanlitun 20 min. to Dongzhimen/Hutongs and Wangjing: Internet, hot water, electricity, cleaning service, Gym and pool. We love our home and unfortunately are losing one of our beloved flat mates. Looking for a female to come joins in our Beijing home away from home.
The room is big, independent and very clean with lots of light and very cozy! Internet, toiletries, Ayi cleaning, electricity, water and all except groceries included. RMB 3,500 rent plus services (500 all services included). Deposit is 2 months. Monthly rental.
