The main house towards to South, around 90 m² with one sitting room, two bedrooms, one dinner room/kitchen, one bath room and two storage rooms. Basic electric appliance are included. There are two doors from either north and south to enter the house. Suitable for one family.
Main house rental: 9000RMB/month
The side house towards west, around 20 m², includes one open room and one bath room. Suitable for one or two people.
Side house rental: 4000RMB/month
If two houses together, the rental with the discount: 12000RMB/month.
