Hello everyone, we are currently looking for 2 housemates (not available for couples, sorry) that can move in our spacious 4-bedroom-duplex flat.
Our duplex apartment is located in Wangjing (4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms), Atlantic City compound , which is very modern. It has a park, gym, tennis court, and basketball court, a swimming pool and lots of convenient stores. The is an underground parking lot with many spaces. The flat is near many bus stops and only 500 meters from Fu Tong subway station ( line 14). It’s also close to Taiyanggong (line 10), Wangjing West (line 13) and Wangjing (line 15). There are lots of restaurants and malls and markets nearby such as Hualian, Jenny Wang, Ikea and Carrefour.
Both of the bedrooms are furnished with a bed, wardrobe, air-con, table and big bay window. You would have full access to the rest of the house, which includes two very spacious living rooms, two open balconies where we like to do BBQ's in the summer as well as kitchen and a dining room with all the appliances. You would have to share the bathroom with ONE other person.
The monthly rent for two rooms are 3800 for the bigger room and 3600, plus a months rent for deposit. Rent is paid every three months. NO AGENT fee!
