Beixinqiao Hutong Courtyard Office, Look for Sub-Lessor to Share the Working Space
We are not agent, but want to look for people to share our beautiful courtyard office in the Hutong near Beixinqiao/Guijie, it’s an independent courtyard, with enough private space, the whole area is about 140 m².
Main office area (50 m²), small conference room, basement (used as big conference room now), 1 kitchen, 3 washrooms;
We are a small foreign invested start up in Beijing, as some of our team members are working remotely now, a most part of our office is non-occupation, we want to look for people who is interested to share this amazing work space with us.
Currently, we have 4-5 people work here, mainly expats, they are friendly and easy-going, can speak a bit Chinese.
The work stations are bigger than normal. Whole office environment is clean, cozy and relaxing.
We have all necessary office equipment for you to share for free: wifi, printers, projector etc.
We also offer the drinking water, Nespresso coffee;
Moreover, if you don’t want to order Waimai, we have a nanny to prepare tasty and healthy food for us, you are welcome to join (this need be paid separately)
Our independent courtyard ensures the best bio security during this pandemic situation.
This is an ideal place for individuals, freelancers, small team to work in, you can choose to share a work station in the big office, or a separated room.
