Looking for a Flatmate for Our Large, Bright and Amazing Apartment in Sanlitun (Real Pics, No Agent)
My roommate and I are looking for a third person to share our apartment close to the Worker’s Stadium. The room available is a quiet and spacious bedroom. There is plenty of storage space, and great nature views.
The apartment is large, well-furnished and has wooden floors throughout. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in total. It has separate kitchen, dining and living room areas. It is situated on the third floor in a quiet community with 24-hour security and safe places to store scooters and e-bikes. The kitchen is well-equipped and the washing machine has hot water.
We are two - one Chinese guy, one Spanish guy. We are friendly, easygoing, get alone well and very clean.
Rent (4850rmb) needs to be paid three month quarterly to the landlady, and there is 1 month deposit (4500rmb). There are no agency fees. An Ayi comes to the apartment each week to clean. The apartment is in a great area with access to both Line 10 & 2 (around 10 minutes away).
