Job Description:
1. Making weekly teaching plans and preparing teaching materials. Every Friday afternoon before leave, the teaching plan should be put up on the wall outside the classroom where the teacher teaches; The teaching plans needs to be sent to the wechat group of international department on each Friday.
2. Giving English lessons to kids during the appointed teaching time .
3. Supervising kids with local teachers during the half day，and help to make an English learning environment .
4. Taking turns to write wechat article; The article needs to be finished before Friday. Teachers can choose one activity or topic of the week , and introduce the details of the process, the ideas , as well as the philosophy. And the teacher also needs to figure out a few sentences which will be used when other people re-post the article.
5. Organizing celebrations for western festivals when needed.
6. Supporting the kindergarten to make the working certificates.
7. Other temporary work appointed by the kindergarten (within the reasonable scope ).
Benefits:
1. Contract Length: 1-2 years.
2. Working time: 8:30~17:30 , Monday to Friday, 2 hours break for lunch time
3. Free breakfast(Before 8:00am) and lunch, work cloths and Z visa
4. Summer vacation and Winter Vacation (Half paid in the first year, full paid from the second year.)
5. Salary range: ¥15000-¥19000 based on the teachers' condition
6. Travel allowance: ¥5000 per year
7. Annual Bonus：no less than 15K per year.
